After arriving in Anchorage in l974 after graduating from college, my real estate career began as an office manager for a large agency in Anchorage in l974. For ten years I was an officer with a developer/building company, marketing consultant for ten builders my firm represented and took care of all the office construction paperwork.
In l985, I assisted in opening a new real estate company in Anchorage and held the roles of Broker and General Manager for one year. Then for the next fifteen years, I changed direction from being in management to sales. Listing and selling real estate became my main focus. Accomplishments during this time frame included being named the top sales person in Anchorage and Alaska ten years in a row with a special honor of being named one of the top ten real estate listing agents out of 43,000 agents nationwide in the Coldwell Banker franchise family in l990.
Over the last twelve years with Prudential Jack White Real Estate, I have been consistently recognized as one of the top three producers for closed sales production averaging between 13-15 million dollars per year for our company. Over my past thirty-five years of being in real estate, I have worked with several relocation companies as their local representative and was one of Fannie Mae´s designated listing agents in this area. I represented four different builders with their new construction product and was voted "Overall New Construction Agent of the Year" in l994 by the Anchorage Home Builders Association, the first year this award was given. In l996, I was voted the CRS Realtor of the Year. I received the Customer Service Award for Prudential Jack White Real Estate in 1997 & 1999, 2000 & 2001. Awarded Prudential Jack White Real Estate Asoociate of the year for 2004
